Bashing your head against a wall in boredom? Wishing you had epic skillz of win to flaunt? Following through on a dare from your friends? Or Just entering for the lolz? Any excuse will do to enter the madness as five teams of four fight for the right to the title ‘tourney of win champions’. Plushies will be tossed, brains will be scarred for life, traps will be identified and fun will be had in the name of epic win.

All silliness aside here’s a lil’ bit about the tourny~! The tournament of win is a mix of theater sports, quizzes, total spazz-ness and all the other things that make AICon so damn wacky. The basic Idea of this event is to be a competition that can be enjoyed by everyone and by everyone we mean the audience, the competitors, crazed anime fans, anime newbies, tentacle monsters and schoolgirls. (So yes, there IS something for all the friends, girlfriends and boyfriends that were dragged along to do ^^)

The rounds:

Quiz of Whut – pop-culture and interwebs quiz with multi-choice, trick and picture questions…AND~~~ the ever popular trap or tap that!.

Long Cat – The teams will be given a big piece of paper to go wild on with long cats~! These will be drawn while the teams are waiting for their turn for each round.

Plushie Toss – Plushies are thrown from the crowd and caught in washing baskets by the team members (possibly tied to them so they can’t use their arms).

Air Band – Like air guitar but includes the whole team. Music will be selected by numbers and bands will be judged by the crowd.

Cosplay Madness – The teams must correctly lay a cosplay out on the floor.

Improvised Madness – Teams are given five objects and two minutes to think of a skit that will be performed in front of the audience.

Final Round – IS A SURPRISE~~ TEEHEE <3

Bonus rounds may be included if we are ahead of schedule.
